The Melvins Bring Pinkus Abortion Technician to Mohawk

Iconic sludge metal rockers The Melvins regrouped as a four-piece with the addition of Butthole Suffers bassist Jeff Pinkus on their latest album Pinkus Abortion Technician. That’s right, two bass players this time with two bass tracks on every song. The album was released on April 20th and is titled in reference to the Butthole Suffers’ 1987 classic, Locust Abortion Technician. The Melvins are currently touring through May in support of the album and recently tore up Austin’s Mohawk on their way through Texas. Check out a few of the show highlights below along with their recent video ‘Embrace The Rub’ from Pinkus Abortion Technician.
